A SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

A Service level agreement provides on-going business support and is paid for at a fixed monthly fee which allows you a specified number of days support at a time when you need it, works independently or in line with the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages.

A SLA starts at £300 per month, for new projects 6 months minimum payments must be agreed.

One off  pieces of work are charged at an hourly rate of £70. 

STAND ALONE PIECES OF WORK

Clients may require a single piece of work, these are priced as follows:

Setting and managing a budget £1000

Business plan £1500

Marketing plan £1500

3 year Cash flow projection £1000

EXCEL DATA SYSTEM

Excel based system to help calculate operating costs, breakeven and fee income.
Basic fee of £250 plus £3 per data entry (staff and children) and travel expenses.
Fee includes training on how to use and amend the system, guaranteed to save you time and money.
